Pre-Onboarding

  1. The Voltaire team will work with the customer to acquire a list of all users who need to be added to the software. User info (name, title, phone number, and license number) can be collected via this form. (If easier, team leads can send a spreadsheet with all user info to [email protected])
  2. The Voltaire team will update all the users’ accounts with the new information.
  3. Users will receive email prompting adjusters to set up their account and generate their passwords. Email/Network administrators must ensure that our domain is approved to send emails to Users’ emails.

Training Sessions

  1. During the training session, the host from the Voltaire team will introduce themselves and explain what the software is and who it is for.

This tool is custom-made to assist desk adjusters and their team leaders. More specifically, Voltaire handles settlement letters: Payment letters, denial, or partial denial. More letter types will be made available in the near future, so stay tuned, but the Voltaire team is currently focused on the letters that take adjusters the most time and pose the greatest challenges to them.

  2. The Voltaire team will then quickly run through an example to give the general idea of the software.

  3. The Voltaire team will show off generated letter and explain which parts of the letter are generated by AI vs. the sections that are a part of a template.
